UNDER THE HOOD
Know where your data goes.
Your agent has a dedicated environment. Here is how we handle credentials, provider access, and account data.
Dedicated runtime
Your agent runs on a dedicated virtual machine. Account services and the database use shared infrastructure with access scoped to each user.
Credential encryption
Stored provider credentials are encrypted. The service manages the encryption keys and decrypts credentials when needed to run your agent.
Operational access
The service decrypts credentials to operate your agent. Authorized operators may access infrastructure and data for support and maintenance.
AI providers and locations
Requests go to your selected AI provider or through OpenRouter. Provider locations and data policies vary; EU-only processing is not guaranteed.
Operational audit logs
We record selected account, billing, and infrastructure events. These logs do not cover every agent action.
Account deletion
Account deletion disables access and clears stored keys first. Agent environment cleanup follows separately. Some billing, consent, and audit records are retained; see the Privacy Policy for details.
